The PCWB(IS) Retractable Block is designed to support safe movement while working at height by automatically adjusting to the user’s movement. Housed in a strong polymer casing, this retractable block uses a durable polyester webbing lanyard that extends and retracts smoothly as the user moves. In the event of a sudden fall or jerk, the internal braking mechanism activates quickly to limit downward movement. Equipped with a swivel steel snap hook featuring a load indicator and a swivel anchorage eye, this unit supports controlled, stable connections in demanding work environments such as construction, maintenance, and industrial sites.
